Learn to move like humans were meant to - crawling, jumping, climbing. This ain't your standard gym class. We strip away the machines and get back to basics.

Combat Core
Combat Core

High-intensity drills mixing striking techniques, footwork, and conditioning. You'll build power, speed, and the kind of cardio that actually matters in real situations.

Animal Flow Sessions
Animal Flow Sessions

Ground-based movement combining elements from breakdancing, gymnastics, and yoga. Looks weird, feels amazing, builds ridiculous body control.

Your shoulders and core will burn but you'll move in ways you didn't know were possible. Total game-changer for mobility.

Wilderness Warrior
Wilderness Warrior

Take it outside. We hit local trails and parks for bootcamp-style training using natural terrain. Rain or shine - that's part of the point.

Weather-dependent but we rarely cancel. Bring water, wear layers, expect mud. This one builds mental toughness as much as physical.

Functional Power
Functional Power

Strength training that translates to real life. We use kettlebells, sandbags, bodyweight, and odd objects. No benching for the sake of benching here.

You'll get strong in ways that matter - lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling. All the fundamental human movements.

Fighter's Edge
Fighter's Edge

Advanced combat conditioning mixing grappling movements, explosive power work, and metabolic finishers. This one's not for everyone and that's intentional.

Prerequisites required. Talk to us first. This class pushes hard and expects you to have solid movement foundation already.

Restore & Rewild
Restore & Rewild

Active recovery focused on mobility, breathwork, and natural movement patterns. Low intensity but you'll feel everything open up. Essential for longevity.

Not a nap session but definitely our most chill class. Great for recovery days or if you're dealing with soreness.

Primal Strength

Build serious strength using mostly your bodyweight and basic tools. Pull-ups, dips, loaded carries, handstands - old school effective stuff.

Urban Adapt
Urban Adapt

Movement problem-solving in urban environments. Vaults, climbs, jumps, balancing. We teach you to see the city as your playground and training ground.

Sun: 1:00 PM

We meet at different spots around Vancouver. More skill-focused than cardio but you'll still get a workout. Super fun, slightly addictive.
