Your path from curious beginner to primal athlete isn't linear - it's a journey through movement, strength, and raw capability
We've developed this progression over years of training folks who walked in thinking they'd just "try something different." Turns out, moving like you were designed to actually changes everything.
Duration: 4-6 weeks
Look, most people show up here completely disconnected from their bodies. You're not alone. This phase is about waking up muscles you forgot existed and learning that ground work isn't just for kids.
Who this is for: Complete beginners, desk warriors with tight hips, anyone who hasn't moved freely in years
"I thought I was in decent shape 'cause I ran marathons. Then I spent 30 minutes crawling around and realized I'd been neglecting like 80% of my body. Game changer."
- Marcus T., Completed Awakening Phase
Duration: 8-12 weeks
This is where things get real. You've got the basics down, now we're building strength patterns that actually translate to real-world capability. Think less gym bro, more functional beast.
Who this is for: Those who've completed Awakening or have solid movement foundation, ready to build real strength
"Three months into Foundation and I moved a couch by myself that I couldn't budge before. My husband was shocked. I wasn't - this training just hits different."
- Sasha K., Foundation Program
Duration: 12-16 weeks
Now we're cooking. You're strong, you can move, and it's time to put it all together. This phase is about seamless transitions, adapting on the fly, and honestly just becoming dangerous in the best way possible.
Who this is for: Foundation grads, athletes looking for edge, anyone ready to push their limits
"I compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and thought I had solid conditioning. Integration phase humbled me then rebuilt me stronger. My coach noticed the difference immediately."
- Devon R., Integration Level
Duration: Ongoing
This isn't really an endpoint - it's where the real journey begins. You've got the tools, now it's about refinement, teaching others, and honestly just seeing how far you can push. We've had folks at this level for years and they're still finding new edges.
Who this is for: Integration grads, dedicated practitioners, future coaches, those committed to the lifestyle
Honestly, most folks don't know where to start - that's totally normal. We offer a free assessment session where we'll figure out your current movement capability, what you're dealing with (old injuries, limitations, goals), and map out the smartest path forward.
Some people skip phases, some need extra time in one area. There's no judgment here, just realistic programming that meets you where you're at.
These aren't required but they definitely accelerate progress if you're serious about it.
One-on-one sessions focusing on your specific needs. Great for working through sticking points or fast-tracking progress.
Investment: Available at all levels
Quarterly weekend intensives where we take this stuff outdoors. Nothing tests your conditioning like real terrain and weather.
Investment: Foundation level+
Monthly focused sessions on specific skills - handstands, advanced flows, striking combos, whatever we're feeling that month.
Investment: Open to all levels (skill-dependent)
You can't out-train a garbage diet. We partner with a sports nutritionist who gets the primal approach and can dial in your fuel.
Investment: Available at all levels
Program pricing varies based on your level, how many sessions per week, and whether you're doing group or semi-private. We're not the cheapest gym in Vancouver and we won't pretend to be - this is specialized coaching, not a treadmill membership.
That said, we've got options for different budgets and we're transparent about costs from day one. No BS hidden fees or pressure tactics.
