We've developed this progression over years of training folks who walked in thinking they'd just "try something different." Turns out, moving like you were designed to actually changes everything.

Awakening

Duration: 4-6 weeks

Look, most people show up here completely disconnected from their bodies. You're not alone. This phase is about waking up muscles you forgot existed and learning that ground work isn't just for kids.

  • Basic quadrupedal patterns (crawling variations)
  • Ground flow fundamentals
  • Hip mobility that'll change your life
  • Bodyweight control basics
  • Breathing mechanics (yeah, you're probably doing it wrong)

Who this is for: Complete beginners, desk warriors with tight hips, anyone who hasn't moved freely in years

Awakening phase training

Foundation

Duration: 8-12 weeks

This is where things get real. You've got the basics down, now we're building strength patterns that actually translate to real-world capability. Think less gym bro, more functional beast.

Integration

Duration: 12-16 weeks

Now we're cooking. You're strong, you can move, and it's time to put it all together. This phase is about seamless transitions, adapting on the fly, and honestly just becoming dangerous in the best way possible.

Nutrition Coaching

You can't out-train a garbage diet. We partner with a sports nutritionist who gets the primal approach and can dial in your fuel.

Program pricing varies based on your level, how many sessions per week, and whether you're doing group or semi-private. We're not the cheapest gym in Vancouver and we won't pretend to be - this is specialized coaching, not a treadmill membership.
